Breast augmentation:Breast augmentation for many years has been the most requested plastic surgery in the World and in Vietnam, including our clinic.
 

Breast augmentation is performed, if:

• breasts have not developed, are underdeveloped or have developed asymmetrically;

• if the patient wishes to increase her breast size;

• if previously breasts have been beautiful and firm, but after pregnancy and child feeding the volume and shape is gone.
   

Breast implants vary by their size, structure, shape and projection. Our experts will help to choose the best implants in each individual case in accordance with the patient’s wishes and medical possibilities – initial state of the breasts, nipple location and height, skin quality, as well as chest size and body proportions.

Breast augmentation scarsare approximately 4 cm long and can be “hidden” under breast crease or areola. There is also an option to insert implants through an armpit, however, nowadays this method is rarely used, since it restricts the size and type of the implant. Also, the breasts must be symmetrical, without any additional issues that would have to be corrected during the surgery. 

The surgery is performed under general anaesthesia. The patient will have to spend one night in the clinic, use an elastic bandage for a week, and wear a special post-surgery underwear for a month. The patient can shower after a week.
 

• saunas, pools, bathes, tanning, sports will be restricted for approximately four weeks;

• sutures are removed approximately on the tenth day after the surgery;

• after surgery it is recommended to take a week off from work, children and household chores.
  
   

Manufacturer provides a life-time warranty for breast implants. After surgery every patient receives an implant passport and warranty for use. 

Breast lift:
 

Breast lift: (mastopexy) is used for large volume breasts that lack equal shape – nipples are turned downwards or to the side. During breast lift surgery patient’s own tissue is used to improve breast shape, projection and look. Usually, after this surgery breast size remains unchanged, but breasts become firm and shapely without skin sagging.

Why breasts sag?
 

Breast sagging has various reasons. Most often it happens:
 

• after pregnancy and breast-feeding, when the breast gland has become soft and atrophic after being enlarged during pregnancy;

• after rapid weight loss, when the skin on all of the body, including breasts, becomes sagging since it is no longer filled by fat;

• effects of time and gravity.
   

There are several breast lift surgery types that depend on the volume of excess skin and location of areola:
 

• only around areola;

• in case of large volumes of excess skin – around areola + downwards cut (lollipop);

• Around areola + additional inverted “T” downwards (anchor type lift).

Breast reduction:

Large breasts can become a problem that only women who had experienced it understand. The weight of breasts gradually deforms the spine and shoulders, causes posture defects, back and chest pains.
 

During pre-menopause period (after 45 years of age), breast reduction is performed to reduce the size of breast glands, which drastically reduces the formation of harmful processes caused by hormonal changes.
 

The breast reduction scar is located around areola and inverted “T” downwards.
